In the center of the new Génicart Sud district, on the right bank of Bordeaux, between the three remaining towers, on the parking lot slab, a new esplanade is cleared and a playground structure is installed, made possible by the balanced budget achieved through a particularly fine and simple management of public spaces. The structure, unique in its configuration, is a cabin of 25 m x 4 m on the ground, raised, and offering an overhanging terrace on the neighborhood to the inhabitants. Towards the end of the construction site, it is called the « headquarters » by a child of the neighborhood.

The « headquarters » offers to the inhabitants, in addition to the terrace of 100 m² on which the parents can keep an eye on their children, a trampoline, two slides, nets to climb, and a course embedded in the wooden frame. The game remains open at night.
